关于新冠肺炎疫情期间口腔医学线上继续教育的调查和思考 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探究新冠肺炎疫情下口腔医学线上课程的开展及效果,为今后口腔医学继续教育的开展提供参考。方法:采用问卷星的形式对575名2020年2-4月在新冠肺炎疫情期间参加口腔继续教育线上学习的学员进行问卷调查,调查内容包括学员分布、参加线上课程次数、使用的平台软件及媒体工具、今后更倾向的课程培训方式、线上培训课程的优势与不足以及线上课程内容偏好。结果:参加线上学习人员中私立医院或诊所医生人数较公立医院多,占53.04%;41.91%的医生参加过10次以上线上培训课程;69.57%的学员选择用手机进行线上学习;常用的线上教育平台有微信、腾讯会议和钉钉等;67.13%的学员今后更倾向于线上培训课程;线上教育不受时间地域的限制、学员可以利用碎片化时间学习、错过直播可听录播以及花费少是其最大的优势,但也存在课程流畅性不足,与老师互动性不强等问题。结论:线上教学作为新型的口腔医学继续教育模式,有其优势也面临着挑战。线上理论知识传授与线下临床实践相结合,可以提高学习效率,促进口腔医学继续教育事业发展。 Objective:To explore the application and effects of online teaching of stomatology during the pandemic period of COVID-19,and provide guidance for continuing education in the future.Methods:575 dentists who participated in online medical education of stomatology in February to April of 2020 were surveyed by questionnaires to understand the advantages and disadvantages of online learning.The survey included the distribution of participants,the number of online courses they attended,the software platform and media tools used,the preferred training way,the advantages and disadvantages of online training courses and the preference of online course contents.Results:The number of participants in private hospitals or clinics(53.04%)was more than that in public hospitals.41.91%of the participants had taken part in more than 10 online training courses.69.57%of the students chose to use mobile phones for online learning.The commonly used online education platforms were WeChat,Tencent Conference and Nailing software.67.13%of the students preferred online training courses in the future;The advantage of online education is not limited by time and region,and students can use fragmented time to learn.They also can learn by watching video and save money by comparing to traditional courses.However,there are also some problems such as lack of curriculum fluency and instability of network platform.Conclusion:As a new model of continuing education of stomatology,online teaching has its advantages and challenges.The combination of online theoretical teaching and offline clinical practice can improve learning efficiency and promote the development of stomatological continuing education.
