新时代基层党组织“智慧党建”平台构建策略——以衡水学院为例

Construction Strategy of“Smart Party Building”Platform for Basic-level Party Organizations in the New Era——Taking Hengshui University as an Example

利用移动互联网同经济、社会、生活各方面的深度耦合及信息技术的深度植入之特点,使智慧党建成为新时代基层党建工作改革创新的必然路径。通过调研衡水学院基层党组织党建信息采集、意识形态引领、党员活动、党员教育、志愿服务等党建工作的开展情况,结合该校基层党组织工作中的短板,提出建立一系列平台系统,包括:党建信息数据收集查询平台、党员教育与意识形态引领平台、党建志愿服务交互平台、党员活动监督考核平台等。

With the deep coupling of Mobile Internet with economy,society and life,and the deep implantation of information technology,“smart party building”has become an inevitable path for the reform and innovation of basiclevel party building in the new era.Through the investigation of the collection of party building information,ideological guidance,Party member activities,Party member education,volunteer service and other Party construction work of basic-level Party organizations in Hengshui University,combined with the shortcomings in its work,a series of platform systems are put forward,including Party building information data collection and query platform,Party member education and ideology guidance platform,Party building volunteer service interactive platform,supervision and assessment platform of Party members’activities and so on.
