摘要
在四川省邻水县老龙洞发现一种洞蛭。结合形态学比较、线粒体COⅠ基因序列对比和系统发育分析,将其鉴定为山蛭科Haemadipsidae的武陵洞蛭Sinospelaeobdella wulingensis,系四川省的首次记载。
A new locality of the troglobitic terrestrial leeches Sinospelaeobdella wulingensis was reported from the cave Laolong Dong,Linshui County,Sichuan Province.The identification was confirmed on comparisons of the new material with the both known species(S.cavatuses and S.wulingensis)of the genus in morphological characteristics and mitochondrial COⅠgene sequence analysis as well.This is the first report of a cave-adapted terrestrial leech of the family Haemadipsidae for Sichuan Province.
