天津“大气十条”实施期间污染物减排研究

摘要 通过梳理天津市历年来实施的大气污染防治措施,分析常规污染物的减排情况。结果表明,天津市“大气十条”实施期间,PM2.5的减排比例为50.7%,PM10的减排比例为52.3%,SO2的减排比例为75.1%,NOx的减排比例为48.5%,CO的减排比例为44.8%,VOCs的减排比例为31.6%;控化石燃料固定燃烧和控工艺污染减排效益最大,两项污染防治措施的减排效益占比基本在70%以上;从减排效益的年份来看,2014年和2015年的综合减排效益要略大于2016年和2017年。 It analyzed the emission reduction benefits of conventional pollutants by combing the air pollution prevention measures implemented in Tianjin over the past few years.The results show that during the implementation of the air pollution prevention and control action plan in Tianjin,the emission reduction ratio of PM2.5 was 50.7%,the emission reduction ratio of PM10 was 52.3%,the emission reduction ratio of SO2 was 75.1%,and the emission reduction ratio of NOx was 48.5%.The reduction ratio of CO is 44.8%,and the reduction ratio of VOCs is 31.6%.The benefits of reducing emissions from controlling fossil fuel fixed combustion and controlling process pollution are the largest.The emission reduction benefits of the two pollution prevention measures are basically above 70%.The comprehensive emission reduction benefits of 2014 and 2015 are slightly larger than those of 2016 and 2017.
