黑龙江省农业源生活源水污染治理研究

摘要 第二次全国污染源普查共调查工业源、农业源、集中式污染治理设施、生活源和移动源五大类。数据显示,黑龙江省水污染物化学需氧量和氨氮排放分别为69.15万吨和2.32万吨,其中,工业源排放占比分别为3.22%和4.74%,农业源排放占比分别为64.67%和27.59%,生活源排放占比分别为32.08%和67.67%,农业源、生活源对水污染物排放的贡献过大。因此,摸清影响水环境质量改善的问题,抓住农业源、生活源这两个重要领域精准治理,是打赢黑龙江省污染防治攻坚战的重要举措。 The second national pollution source survey investigated industrial sources,agricultural sources,centralized pollution control facilities,living sources,and mobile sources.The data shows that the chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen emissions of water pollutants in Heilongjiang Province are 691500 tons and 23200 tons,respectively,of which industrial sources account for 3.22%and 4.74%.The agricultural sources account for 64.67%and 27.59%,respectively.Domestic sources accounted for 32.08%and 67.67%respectively.Agricultural sources and domestic sources contributed too much to the discharge of water pollutants.Therefore,understanding the problems that affect the improvement of water environment quality and grasping the two important areas of agriculture and living sources for precise control are important measures to win the battle against pollution in Heilongjiang Province.
