摘要
文中设计并提出环境资源法视角下水污染事故生态损害量化评估方法。将重金属设定为典型的可溶性污染物代表,归纳不同重金属污染物的水生态效应,同时组建重金属污染物的水生态环境损害量化指标。通过统计学方法获取污染物特征浓度对应的水生态效应,同时根据损害等级的划分来完成环境资源法视角下水污染事故生态损害量化评估。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法在实际的应用过程中具有较好的实用性。
A quantitative assessment method for ecological damage of water pollution accidents from the perspective of environmental resources law is designed and proposed.Taking heavy metals as typical representative of soluble pollutants,the study summarizes the aquatic ecological effects of different heavy metal pollutants,and set up quantitative indicators of aquatic environmental damage to heavy metal pollutants.The aquatic ecological effects corresponding to the characteristic concentrations of pollutants were obtained by statistical methods,and the quantitative assessment of the ecological damage of water pollution accidents from the perspective of environmental resource law was completed according to the classification of damage levels.Simulation results show that the proposed method has better practicability in actual application process.
