摘要
通过有效分析空气中污染物质的组成成分,利用空气污染对长时间有氧运动产生的影响机制,分析空气中主要污染物质臭氧、一氧化碳、二氧化硫作用下,对有氧运动爱好者的生理作用机制以及导致有氧运动能力下降原因。通过实验定量化分析空气污染对于长时间有氧运动效果的影响,结果表明空气污染可降低有氧运动爱好者心肺功能储备和最大有氧代谢能力;空气污染物质中,一氧化碳和二氧化硫对有氧运动爱好者的肺功能损伤率影响较大,且这种影响存在滞后效应,滞后效应时间为4年。
This study analyzed the pollutants components in the air by using the influence mechanism of air pollution on long-term aerobic exercise.It analyzes the physiological mechanism of the main pollutants in the air,ozone,carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide,on the fans of aerobic exercise and the causes of aerobic exercise,the reason for the decline in capacity.The results show that air pollution can reduce the cardiopulmonary function reserve and the maximum aerobic metabolic capacity of aerobic sports enthusiasts.Among the air pollutants,carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide have a great influence on the rate of pulmonary function injury of aerobic sports enthusiasts,and the lag effect time is four years.
