退耕还林工程生态补偿对环境因子的影响研究

利用数据包分析模型,计算退耕还林工程的服务转化率;在生态补偿背景下,计算环境当量因子;通过灰色关联度分析法,评价退耕还林对环境因子的影响。调查结果显示实施退耕还林工程后,分别利用三种方法进行影响分析,经5组环境专家评估可知,此次提出的影响分析方法,对河流泥沙含量以及水体养分含量,都有更加贴合实际的分析结果,而传统分析方法应用下,专家评估其分析结果与实际环境不符。由此可见,此次提出的分析方法,可以更加准确分析生态补偿对环境因子的影响。

This method uses the data package analysis model to calculate the service conversion rate of the project;under the background of ecological compensation,calculate the environmental equivalent factor;through the gray correlation analysis method,evaluate the impact of the project on the environmental factors.The investigation results show that:after the implementation of the project,three methods are used for impact analysis respectively.According to the assessment of five groups of environmental experts,the impact analysis method proposed in this paper has more practical analysis results for the river sediment content and water nutrient content,while under the application of the traditional analysis method,the expert assessment results are not consistent with the actual environment.It can be seen that the proposed analysis method can more accurately analyze the impact of ecological compensation on environmental factors.
