摘要 为了提高大型户外体育赛事承办过程中环境保护路径,从体育馆等设施施工过程中环境破坏、赛事过程中环境破坏、体育旅游中环境破坏几方面分析大型户外体育赛事承办对环境的危害。分别从大气方面、水资源方面、噪声、固体废弃物方面构建环境风险评估指标体系。对赛事承办从筹备至运行中各种环境风险可能性和严重性以及可控性进行相应评估,基于此,从赛前设施建设施工中环境保护、赛间节能减排、构建水和污水处理体系、强化环境教育和构建相应监督机制4方面实现环境保护。 In order to improve the environmental protection effect of events,the environmental protection path in hosting large-scale outdoor sports events is analyzed.The environmental hazards of large outdoor sports events are analyzed from the aspects of environmental damage during construction of stadiums and other facilities,environmental damage during events,and environmental damage during sports tourism.The study constructed environmental risk assessment index systems from the aspects of atmosphere,water resources,noise,and solid waste.According to the index system,the possibility,severity and controllability of various environmental risks from the preparation to operation of the event are evaluated accordingly.The corresponding questions are scored based on the Likert five-point scoring method,and the scores of each risk index are obtained.Corresponding environmental protection measures proposed based on this are:environmental protection during the construction of facilities before the competition;energy conservation and emission reduction between competitions;construction of water and sewage treatment systems;strengthening of environmental education and construction of corresponding supervision mechanisms.
