摘要
为提高发泡混凝土的强度,提升其工程适用性,通过试验研究了发泡混凝土的配合比及碳纤维切丝改性试件的强度;分析了发泡剂含量、碳纤维切丝长度、养护龄期对试件强度的影响。结果表明:随发泡剂掺量增加,发泡性能越好,试件强度降低;碳纤维切丝对发泡混凝土增强效果显著;切丝长度大,增强效果更好。相应参数条件下,碳纤维切丝改性发泡混凝土具有良好的发泡效果和强度。
In order to improve the strength of foamed concrete and enhance its engineering applicability,the mix proportion of foamed concrete and the strength of carbon fiber cut specimens are studied through experiments,and the influence of foaming agent content,carbon fiber cut length and curing age on the strength of the specimens is analyzed.The results show that:with the increase of foaming agent content,the foaming performance is better,and the strength of the specimen decreases;the carbon fiber cut has a significant effect on the reinforcement of foamed concrete;when the cut length reaches,the reinforcement effect is better.Under the corresponding parameters,the foamed concrete modified by carbon fiber cutting has good foaming performance.
