摘要 目的:为了降低电梯乘用风险,提出了一种基于修正可变模糊集的电梯安全评价方法。方法:在运用三角模糊数和熵权法确定权重的基础上,引入了组合赋权法来确定权重组合,同时运用可变模糊集理论来确定电梯的风险值,以“机器”指标为基础指标,以“人”“环境”“管理”为修正指标,根据修正后的“机器”风险值来评价电梯的风险等级。结果:方法应用于某电梯,修正前电梯安全状况属于2级,偏向于1级,修正后电梯安全状况属于2级,偏向3级。结论:电梯的安全评价结果与其实际情况相一致,此方法能够准确地反映电梯的安全状况。 Aims:In order to reduce the risk caused by elevators,an assessment method based on a revised variable fuzzy set theory was proposed.Methods:The weight was determined by the triangular fuzzy number and the entropy weight method.The combination weighting method was introduced to determine the weight combination.At the same time,the variable fuzzy set theory was used to determine the risk value of the elevator.“Machine”was taken as the basic index with“man”,“environment”and“management”as the revised index.The method evaluated the risk level of the elevator based on the revised“machine”risk value.Results:The method was applied to a certain elevator.Before the revised,the safety status of the elevator was level 2 and biased towards level 1.After the revised method was used,the safety status of the elevator was level 2 and biased towards level 3.Conclusions:The safety comprehensive evaluation result of the elevator is consistent with its actual situation.This method can accurately reflect the safety status of the elevator.
