符号互动论视角下师徒间缄默知识教学探析

摘要 缄默知识的习得与迁移是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要因素。符号互动论视角下的现代学徒制师徒间缄默知识的教学是师徒双方运用符号进行交流互动,在符号互动中完成缄默知识从企业师傅传递给学生的过程。以符号互动论的视角剖析现代学徒制师徒间缄默知识教学的过程,探究其影响因素,并在此基础上提出师徒间缄默知识教学的促进策略,为提升现代学徒制教学质量提供参考。 The acquisition and transfer of tacit knowledge is an important factor for the cultivation of high-quality skilled personnel. From the perspective ofsymbolic interactionism,the teaching of tacit knowledge between masters and apprentices is the process of communicating and interacting with each other by using symbols and completing the transmission of tacit knowledge from enterprise master to student. The author analyzed the process of teaching tacit knowledge between masters and apprentices in modern apprenticeship from the perspective of symbolic interactionism, and put forward the promotion strategy of the teaching of tacit knowledge among masters and apprentices, which provides reference for promoting the quality of modern apprenticeship.
