基于“三链对应”的现代冶金专业群实训基地构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前高职院校冶金类实训基地分散度高、项目偏差大、装备水平落后等问题,创新基于"三链对应"的现代冶金专业群实训基地构建思路,重点分析以产业链与专业链对应为规划导向、以技术链与项目链对应为内容导向、以岗位链与教场链对应为标准导向的建设路径。通过建设实践,促进了人才供给侧与需求侧的"三对接",其建设范式具有传承性和可复制性。 This paper aims at the problems of high dispersion, large project deviation and backward equipment level of metallurgical training bases in higher vocational colleges.Based on "three chain correspondence", the paper innovates the idea of constructing the training base of modern metallurgical majors group.This paper focuses on the analysis of the construction path with industry chain and professional chain as the planning orientation, technology chain and project chain as the content orientation, and post chain and teaching field chain as the standard orientation.The construction paradigm has inheritance and replicability.
