摘要
职业能力是技术技能型人才需要具备的关键能力,为解决中职专业课缺乏职业能力培养的有效路径的问题,进行以"微工场"为情境的教学改革。该教学情境以小型工作坊的运营为载体,搭建真实的工作平台,承接企业订单,并对订单任务教学化,成为教学项目,让学生在学习知识技能的同时,理解真实的工作内容,通过项目的完成,培养学生处理问题的能力,积累工作经验,从而逐渐形成职业能力。
Vocational ability is the key ability that technical and technical talents need to possess. In order to solve the lack of vocational ability training in secondary vocational courses, we carry out the teaching reform with "micro-workshop" as the situation. The teaching situation takes the small workshop operation as the carrier, builds the real work platform, accepts the enterprise order, and makes the order task teaching, becomes the teaching project, lets the student study the knowledge skill at the same time and understand the real work content through the completion of the project. Students can develop the ability to deal with problems, accumulation of work experience, thus gradually forming professional ability.
