摘要 研究了三种不同粒径的滑石粉HS-338、HS-638、HS-738的粒径分布和表面形貌,用其填充改性聚丙烯,研究了这三种滑石粉对制备的复合材料的力学性能和母粒的熔体流动速率,并测试了其制备的薄膜的透光率和材料比重。结果表明,三种滑石都具有层状和片状结构,采用HS-738改性聚丙烯,由于其粒径小,粒径分布窄,可以提升其力学性能,改善加工流动性,降低材料比重。与粒径较粗的HS-338和粒径分布较宽的HS-638相比,在保持性能不变的情况下,可提高其添加量。 The particle size distribution and surface morphology of three different particle sizes of talcum powder HS-338,HS-638 and HS-738 were studied and fill modified polypropylene respectively.The mechanical properties of the prepared composite materials,the melt flow rate of the masterlet were studied,the transmission rate and material gravity of the prepared films were tested.The results show that all three kinds of talc have layer and flaky structure,and the HS-738 modified polypropylene can improve its mechanical properties,improve processing fluidity and reduce the proportion of material due to its small particle size and narrow particle size distribution.Compared to HS-338 with a coarser particle size and HS-638 with a wider particle size distribution,HS-738 has a maximum amount of additions with the same performance.
