摘要
新型多孔材料纳米金属有机框架(NMOFs),具有孔隙率高、比表面积大、孔径可调、易于修饰和生物相容性优良等特点,可以用作抗肿瘤药物的控释载体,并在肿瘤的诊断和联合治疗中展现出广泛的应用前景。概述了用于肿瘤诊疗领域的NMOFs的研究进展,并结合肿瘤诊疗中对NMOFs的特殊要求对其今后的发展进行了展望。
Nano-Metal-Organic Frameworks(NMOFs)are novel porous materials,and they may be used as ideal carriers for anti-tumor drugs and have bright application prospects in tumor diagnosis and combination therapy fields due to their advantages such as high porosity,large specific surface area,adjustable pore size,easy modification and excellent biocompatibility.The research progress of NMOFs for tumor diagnosis and therapy is reviewed,and a brief outlook on their development trend is given according to the special requirements of tumor diagnosis and therapy to the NMOFs.
