摘要
百合含有多糖、皂苷、酚类等成分,其中多糖类成分含量较高,具有广泛的药理活性。百合多糖具有抗癌、增强免疫力、抗氧化等多种活性。本文对百合多糖的提取技术进行了综述,为百合的进一步开发利提供依据。
Lilii Bulbus is rich in a variety of chemical ingredients,including polysaccharides,saponins,phenols,etc.Among these ingredients,the content of polysaccharides is higher,which has widely pharmacological activity.This paper reviewed polysaccharides from Lilii Bulbus which provided the basis for better development and utilization of Lilii Bulbus.
