河南能源结构优化与发展问题的研究

Research on the Energy Structure and Development Problems in Henan Province

为了进一步促进河南能源产业的发展,首先对能源结构与现状进行了讨论。然后,针对存在的部分能源资源匮乏、可再生能源开发不足、能源利用率和生产技术水平有待提高等问题,分析了相关的内在原因。根据发展趋势和政策规划,最后提出了加强能源内外供给、推进煤炭的清洁利用、完善能源市场体制、促进能源技术的改革创新等对策建议。

To promote the development of energy industry in Henan province,the structure and current state of energy is discussed at first.After that,the inherent reasons for the problems,including deficient energy resources,insufficient development of renewable energy,lower energy utilization rate and production technology level are analyzed.According to the development trend and policy planning,some countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening the internal and external energy supply,promoting the clean utilization of coal,improving the energy market system,promoting the reform and innovation of energy technology are given.
