高校设备档案是学校实验教学和科学研究建设和发展的基础,是学校资产管理工作的一项重要内容。本文在对高校设备档案管理的国内外发展趋势分析的基础上,总结、剖析了高校设备档案管理中存在的主要问题,从制度建设、管理人员素质和信息化平台建设方面提出了相应的解决对策,以期提高设备档案管理的水平和能力,助力高校“双一流”建设。

College equipment archives are the foundation of the construction and development of experimental teaching and scientific research in Colleges and universities,which is an important part of the school asset management.Based on the analysis of the development trend of equipment archives management in Colleges and universities at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems existing in the management of equipment archives in Colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of system construction,management personnel quality and information platform construction,so as to improve the level and ability of equipment archives management and help the"double first-class"construction in Colleges and universities.
