摘要
通过分析石化类企业对移动应用开发人才的特殊需求,修订了人才培养目标,提炼了2个就业方向、3个就业岗位,围绕“1+X”职业技能等级证书,构建了课程体系。新的人才培养方案已经运行2年,通过教学数据的监测,发现教学质量在稳步提升。
By analyzing the special needs of petrochemical enterprises for mobile application development talents,the personnel training objectives are revised,two employment directions and three employment posts are refined,and the curriculum system is constructed around the"1+X"vocational skill level certificate.The new talent training program has been running for 2 years.Through the monitoring of teaching data,it is found that the teaching quality is steadily improving.
