摘要
儒家价值观作为中国传统文化的主流价值观,已经成为管理学和组织行为学领域的热点课题。论文旨在梳理儒家价值观对态度与行为影响的研究成果,主要涉及儒家价值观的概念、测量,儒家价值观对态度与行为的影响,以及儒家价值观的比较研究,以期从文献整理的角度对儒家价值观进行深入理解和探讨,并展望儒家价值观研究的发展方向及前景。
Confucian values,as the essence of the Chinese traditional culture affecting people's attitude and behavior,have become hot topics in management studies and organizational behavior studies.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature of Confucian values,in terms of its definition,measurement,effects on individual attitude and behavior,and conducts a comparative study on Confucian values with regard to different societies,generations and cultures.Hopefully,by synthesizing the relevant literature,we can have in-depth discussion about and comprehension of Confucian values,look forward to the development direction and prospect of research on Confucian values,and encourage more studies in this academic field.
