新形势下高校辅导员与专业教师协同育人开展立德树人工作的路径探析

Exploration on the Path to Enhance Morality and Foster Talents through the Cooperative Education between Counselors and Professional Teachers in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

辅导员是高校开展立德树人工作的主力军,而实现辅导员与专业教师的协同育人是推进立德树人工作有序进行的重要途径。针对目前高校辅导员与专业教师之间的协同意识不强、沟通不畅及保障制度不完善等问题,提出了树立全员共同育人的理念、建立高效沟通机制、搭建协同平台和创设协同保障制度等具体工作路径,以期可以更好地开展高校立德树人工作。

Counselors are the main force in the work of enhancing morality and fostering talents in colleges and universities,and the cooperation and integration between counselors and professional teachers is an important way to promote the orderly progress of enhancing morality and fostering talents.In view of the problems in the current cooperation and integration between counselors and professional teachers,such as poor awareness and communication,and imperfect guarantee system,this paper puts forward a specific path to promote the better implementation of enhancing morality and fostering talents in colleges and universities,including establishing the idea of all-staff cooperative education,constructing an efficient communication mechanism,and building a cooperation platform.
