关于将激励教学法运用在医学影像技术教学中的思考

当今时代,随着医学影像设备的引进与高速发展,加上新一代影像技术的不断涌现,各类高等医学院校应积极顺应我国医学影像技术发展的实际需要,培养高素质人才。由于医学影像技术的相关专业知识涉及面较广,内容繁多且较为枯燥,教师往往采用“填鸭式”教学方法。然而目前传统的以教师为中心的“填鸭式”教学已不能适应现代社会对医学人才的素质要求。因此,教学方法的运用需要结合学生特点推陈出新、有的放矢。将激励教学法合理融入教学中可以有效地提高学生学习的积极性、促进学生自主学习,该文对将激励教学法投入教学应用的必要性及具体的教学运用进行深入探析。

In the current era,with the introduction and rapid development of medical imaging equipment and the continuous emergence of new generations of imaging technology,various medical colleges and universities should actively comply with the actual needs of our country's development of medical imaging technology and cultivate high-quality talents.Because the professional knowledge of medical imaging technology involves a wide range and is relatively boring,the"camming"teaching is prone to appear.Therefore,the application of teaching methods needs to be combined with the characteristics of students to bring forth new ideas and be targeted.Reasonable integration of the incentive-based teaching method into teaching can effectively improve students'enthusiasm for learning and promote their independent learning.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the necessity of the incentive-based teaching method and its specific teaching applications in teaching.
