摘要
从思政课程到课程思政的立体化育人转型,对高职院校教师队伍建设提出了新的要求。高职院校应从开展培训学习、发挥思政课教师引导作用、搭建对话交流与合作平台、完善教师考核评价机制等方面加强教师队伍建设,增强教师的育德意识,提升教师的育德能力,以更好地完成立德树人的根本任务。
The three-dimensional educational transformation from"ideological and political courses"to"curriculum-based ideological and political education",puts forward new requirements for the construction of teachers'team in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of teachers'team from the aspects of training and learning,giving full play to the guiding role of ideological and political teachers,building a platform for communication and cooperation,improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism of teachers and so on,improve teachers'awareness and ability of moral education,so as to better complete the basic task of cultivating talents.
