With the opening up and development of society,exchanges between different regions have become more frequent and important.Beihai has its unique advantages and charm as a place to share the"Marine Silk Road culture".The Beihai government is committed to turning Beihai into an emerging tourist city with a cultural soul,accelerating the economic and cultural prosperity of Beihai,and improving the happiness and sense of gain of Beihai people.The purpose of community education is to serve the whole society and promote life-long learning.Combining these,Beihai TV University tried and explored how to do a good job in the course education of"Maritime Silk Road Culture".
