摘要
中小学生使用手机一直是教育管理中的一大难题。面对学生使用手机可能带来的“影响学习”“影响视力”“影响学生健康成长”等问题,管理者们通常“一刀切”地禁止中小学生使用手机。但不论是技术控制、距离封锁还是思想教育,其效果并不理想,而且中小学生使用手机呈愈演愈烈之势。随着手机的普及,学生使用手机的趋势已不可阻挡,只有顺势而为,深入研究以“疏”为主的管理策略,才能从根本上解决中小学生使用手机带来的负面问题。
Primary and secondary school students'use of mobile phones has always been a major problem in education management.Facing problems such as"affecting learning","affecting vision","affecting the healthy growth of students",managers usually prohibit primary and secondary school students from using mobile phones.However,whether it is technology control,distance blockade or ideological education,its effect is not ideal,and the situation is increasingly fierce.With the popularity of mobile phones,the use of mobile phones by students has been unstoppable.Only by following the trend and studying the counseling-based management strategies in detail can we fundamentally solve the problem of primary and secondary school students'use of mobile phones.
