摘要
为了提高AGV的载重量,使其能够承载5t的箱式货物,利用SolideWorks对重载AGV的车架进行了三维建模设计,并基于HyperMesh建立了车架的有限元模型,对车架在弯曲工况和扭转工况下的强度和刚度进行了仿真分析,结果表明,AGV车架满足设计要求;同时,对车架进行了约束条件下前6阶振动频率的模态分析,结果表明,车架不存在共振破坏的危险。
In order to improve the carrying capacity of AGV and make it able to carry 5 tons of box goods,the frame of heavyduty AGV is designed by SolidWorks,and the finite element model of the frame is established based on HyperMesh.The strength and rigidity of the frame under bending and torsion conditions are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the frame meets the design requirements.At the same time,the modal analysis of the first six vibration frequencies of the frame under the constraint condition is carried out.The results show that there is no danger of resonance damage of the frame.
