摘要
以汽车盘式制动器逆向设计为例,详细地阐述了点云数据采集、点云处理、曲面拟合重构等关键步骤,并最终得到三维数字模型的快速设计过程。通过偏差分析可知,最大正偏差为0.400mm,最大负偏差为-0.846mm,标准偏差为0.00854mm,满足所要求的精度范围。进一步验证了逆向设计可大大缩短研发周期,实现汽车零部件的快速设计。
Taking the reverse design of disc brakes as an example,this paper elaborates the key steps of point cloud data acquisition,point cloud processing,surface fitting and reconstruction,and finally obtains the rapid design process of 3D digital model.According to the deviation analysis,the maximum positive deviation is 0.400 mm,the maximum negative deviation is-0.846 mm,and the standard deviation is 0.00854 mm,meeting the required accuracy range,which further verifies that reverse design can greatly shorten the research and development cycle and realize rapid design of auto parts.
