摘要
以某柴油机装配过程为研究对象,针对典型零件的质量问题进行分析,利用FMEA质量工具制定了控制策略,并结合信息化建立了MES质量系统和SPC过程统计控制,形成了一套有效的装配质量控制方法。实践证明能有效保证柴油机装配质量。
Taking the assembly process of a diesel engine as the research object,the quality problems of typical parts were analyzed,the control strategy was formulated by using FMEA quality tool,MES quality system and SPC process statistical control were established combined with informatization,and an effective assembly quality control method was formed.It is proved by practice that the assembly quality of diesel engine is effectively guaranteed.
