摘要 以大型浮式储存及再气化装置为研究对象,利用系统能量梯级理论设计出包含空气分离、制备干冰、两级朗肯循环发电、海水淡化、船舶冷库、船舶空调和制冰等利用形式的冷能综合利用系统。以系统效率为目标函数,借助Aspen HYSYS软件进行系统的模拟计算和参数优化。采用Peng-Robinson方程法建立系统冷利用率数学模型,并对系统冷利用率和经济性计算分析。计算分析表明系统冷能利用效率达到29.57%,冬季和夏季冷能利用经济效益分别达到19.40万元/天和21.17万元/天,验证了浮式LNG储存再气化装置冷能利用系统的合理性和巨大的经济性。 Taking large LNG floating storage and regasification unit as the research object,a comprehensive utilization system of cold energy including air separation,preparation of dry ice,horizontal two-stage Rankine cycle power generation,seawater desalination,ship cold storage,ship air conditioning and ice making by using the system energy cascade theory is designed.Then,taking the system exergy efficiency as the objective function,the simulation calculation and parameter optimization of the system are carried out by Aspen HYSYS software.And then,the mathematical model of exergy efficiency is established based on Peng-Robinson equation for economic calculation analysis.The calculation results show that the system cold energy utilization efficiency reaches 29.57%,and the economic benefits of cold energy utilization reaches 19.40 million yuan per day in winter and 21.17 million yuan perday in summer,which verifies the rationality and great economics of the cold energy utilization system.
