摘要
本文以某高校教学实习船的ME型主机遥控系统为研究对象,对该船使用的KONGSBERG AutoChief 600现场总线型主机遥控系统的驾驶台操作单元、集控室操作单元、机旁操作面板、主机接口单元、电子调速器单元和主机安全单元等进行分析,归纳和总结。最后从轮机管理的角度探讨了维护保养以及管理等方面需要注意的问题。
The ME-type main engine remote control system based on the KONGSBERG AutoChief 600 fieldbus of a certain bulk carrier,on which our college graduates works for practical experience,is introduced in this article.The overall design and function realization of the system is stated.And meanwhile,the ship's bridge operation unit,control room operation unit,machine-side operation panel,and the main engine interface unit,electronic governor unit and security unit of the system are analyzed and summarized.Finally,from the view of the marine management,the issues that need attention in maintenance and management are discussed.
