摘要
主动消振技术在船舶振动控制方面拥有广阔的应用前景,本文根据主动消振的技术原理,设计了一款可靠性高的主动消振器。该消振器包括了相位调节与力幅调节两个结构。针对应用目标开发了控制系统。其中,使用LMS自适应算法对消振器进行调频控制,使用自寻优算法进行调相控制。搭建了实验平台进行主动控制消振实验,结果验证了消振器及控制系统性能。
Active vibration elimination technology has a broad application prospect in ship vibration control.Firstly,an active vibration eliminator designed according to the technical principle of active vibration elimination,consisting of phase adjustment unit and amplitude adjustment unit,is introduced.Then the control system developed according to the application target is stated.LMS adaptive algorithm is used for frequency modulation control of vibration eliminator,and self optimization algorithm is used for phase modulation control.The experimental platform is built to conduct the active control vibration elimination experiment,which verified the performances of the vibration absorber and its control system.
