辨析企业诚信档案、信用档案与征信档案

企业诚信档案、信用档案与征信档案作为参与社会信用体系建设和社会治理的有力武器,其重要性越来越被企业及社会各界所认可。辨明三者间的关系、明晰其内涵和外延,是发挥其作用的前提。已有研究对三者概念的理解和使用存在一定程度的混淆,文章通过分析诚信、信用与征信的概念及关系来阐明企业诚信档案、信用档案及征信档案三者的关系,最后提出企业诚信档案、信用档案与征信档案的概念。

As a powerful weapon for participat⁃ing in the construction of social credit system and participating in social governance,corporate integri⁃ty archives,credit archives and credit investigation⁃archives are increasingly recognized by enterprises and other sectors of society.Identifying the rela⁃tionship between the three and clarifying its conno⁃tation and extension are the premise to play its role.There have been confusions about the understand⁃ing and use of the three concepts.Therefore,by in⁃voking the concepts and relationships of integrity,credit and credit investigation,the relationship be⁃tween corporate integrity archives,credit archives and credit investigation archives is clarified.Finally,putting forward to the concept of corporate integri⁃ty archives,credit archives and credit investigation archives.
