摘要
工程项目不同时期的业主方项目管理所涉及的内容也会有所差异,该项管理工作的开展涉及到的部门类别较为繁杂,其是一个规模较大的体系结构。业主方应当尽可能的提升领导的管理能力,其需要具备较强的交流以及协商能力,可以精准的判断事物的对错,制定出相应的决策方案,一旦发现问题,第一时间处理问题,不同部门也需要进行更为紧密的沟通和协商。本文主要就工程各阶段业主方项目管理的侧重点进行探究,控制好项目的资金投入量,让其功能以及质量可以更好的达到相应的设计标准。
The content involved in the project management of the owner in different periods of the engineering project will also be different.The department types involved in the development of this management work are more complicated and it is a large-scale system structure.The owner should improve the management ability of the leader as much as possible.He needs to have strong communication and negotiation skills,can accurately judge whether things are right or wrong,and formulate corresponding decision-making plans.Once problems are found,they will be dealt with as soon as possible.Departments also need to conduct closer communication and negotiation.This article mainly explores the key points of the owner's project management at each stage of the project,controls the amount of capital invested in the project,so that its function and quality can better meet the corresponding design standards.
