理工类博士的引进对高职院校的科研建设起着至关重要的作用。文章分析了高职院校科研工作开展的必要性和目前高职院校理工类博士科研工作开展困境的主要成因。在此基础上提出了高职院校打破理工类博士教师科研工作开展困境的对策。

The introduction of science and engineering doctors plays an important role in the scientific research construction of higher vocational colleges.Based on the necessity of scientific research and the main causes of current scientific research work conducting dilemma for science and engineering doctors in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the relative solutions.
