Enlightenment from Trans-national and Trans-regional Transmission Price Pricing in Foreign Countries

跨省跨区交易在资源大规模优化配置中起到重要作用。借助大电网优势,我国大范围跨省跨区交易规模逐渐扩大。国外电力市场建设起步早,对跨省跨区输电价格有较深入的研究,对典型国家跨省跨区输电价格经验及价格监管方式进行分析,并分析对我国跨省跨区输电价格的借鉴意义,为我国新一轮输配电价改革中跨省跨区输电价定价办法的制定提供参考。

Trans-provincial and trans-regional transactions play an important role in the large-scale optimization of resource allocation.Taking advantage of the large power grid,China's large-scale trans-provincial and trans-regional transactions have gradually expanded.The construction of foreign power markets started early,and they have conducted in-depth research on trans-provincial and trans-regional transmission prices.This paper analyzes typical countries'trans-provincial and trans-regional transmission price experience and price supervision methods,and analyzes the significance of reference to China's trans-provincial and trans-regional transmission prices,to provide reference for the formulation of trans-provincial and trans-regional transmission price pricing methods in the new round of transmission and distribution price reform in China.
