摘要
港珠澳大桥浅水区非通航孔桥墩台采用全预制工艺,单个承台+底节墩身重量达2350吨,钢筋工程复杂,通过对钢筋进行分块、分台座绑扎,然后分节段分阶段进行组拼,形成了承台+底节墩身钢筋整体,为一次性浇筑承台+底节墩身提供了条件,预制工期和功效得到了极大提升,值得相关工程学习和借鉴。
The piers and abutments of the non-navigable openings in the shallow water area of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge adopt a fully prefabricated technology.The weight of a pile cap+bottom section pier body is 2350 tons.The reinforcement engineering is complex.Through the block and pedestal binding of the reinforcement,and then assembling in sections and stages,the whole reinforcement of the pile cap+bottom pier body is formed,which provides conditions for the one-time pouring of the pile cap+bottom pier body,and the prefabrication period and efficiency have been greatly improved,which is worth learning from related projects.
