高层住宅工程常见质量通病及控制措施——以浙江东阳市东阳府为例

Common Quality Problems and Control Measures in High-rise Residential Projects:Taking Dongyangfu in Dongyang City,Zhejiang Province as an Example

浙中东阳市近几年高层住宅小区不断增多,然而高层住宅存在很多质量通病,高层住宅出现开裂、渗漏、空鼓和裂缝等问题对于后期维护修复难度很大,施工及后期的修复的难度也是很大。本文分析东阳府17栋高层住宅现状和产生裂缝原因并根据具体原因提出解决措施,全面提升住宅交付质量。

The number of high-rise residential communities in Dongyang City,Zhejiang Province has been increasing in recent years.However,there are many common quality problems in high-rise residential buildings.The problems of cracks,leakage,hollowing and cracks in high-rise residential buildings are very difficult for later maintenance and repair,and the difficulty of construction and later repair is also very difficult.This paper analyzes the status quo of 17 high-rise residential buildings in Dongyangfu and the causes of cracks,and proposes solutions based on specific reasons to comprehensively improve the quality of residential delivery.
