高铁工务作业监控管理系统的设计及应用

摘要 随着我国高铁事业的飞速发展,随着信息化水平的不断提高,对高铁信息化建设提出了更高的要求。结合高铁实际生产过程,利用智能化终端集成多种硬件技术于一体,实现了“三位一体”安全保障体系中人防和技防的有机结合,建设集监测监控、预测预警、资源保障、辅助决策、调度指挥、数据分析和移动协同等功能于一体的安全监控管理系统,提升日常作业监控管理和突发事件应急处置中的信息化能力[1]。 With the rapid development of China's high-speed rail industry and the continuous improvement of informatization level,higher requirements are put forward for the informatization construction of high-speed rail.Combining the actual production process of high-speed rail and using intelligent terminals to integrate multiple hardware technologies into one,the organic combination of civil air defense and technical defense in the"trinity"security system is realized.A safety monitoring management system that integrates monitoring and inspecting,forecasting and early warning,resource guarantee,auxiliary decision-making,dispatching and commanding,data analysis,and mobile collaboration is built to improve the informationization capabilities of daily operation monitoring and management and emergency response.
