本文介绍了一起因避雷器引线紧挨绝缘隔板造成开关柜局部放电的故障案例,从设计制造角度出发,提出了开关柜在出厂设计前应保证足够的空气绝缘净距,在设备验收时要严把质量关,为降低该类故障总结了经验。

This article introduces a case of partial discharge in the switchgear caused by the lead of the arrester close to the insulating partition.From the perspective of design and manufacturing,it is proposed that the switchgear should ensure sufficient air insulation clearance before the factory design,and the quality should be strictly controlled when the equipment is checked and accepted,so as to summarize experience in reducing this type of failure.
