“3+1”膀胱功能恢复法对剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生合并急性尿潴留患者的影响

Effect of"3+1"Bladder Functional Recovery on Enucleation in the Treatment of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Complicated with Acute Urinary Retention

目的:探讨“3+1”膀胱功能恢复法对剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生合并急性尿潴留患者的影响。方法:选取2017年1月1日~2020年1月1日收治的45例良性前列腺增生合并逼尿肌无力急性尿潴留患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组22例和研究组23例;两组均行剜除术治疗方案,对照组实施常规术后康复训练,研究组实施“3+1”膀胱功能恢复法;比较两组膀胱功能满意等级、膀胱自主功能恢复情况、尿常规白细胞计数等。结果:研究组膀胱满意度等级优于对照组(P<0.05),规律排尿、自行排尿、无尿潴留占比高于对照组(P<0.05),术后1、3个月尿常规显示白细胞计数均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:良性前列腺增生合并尿肌无力患者在接受剜除术治疗的基础上,联合实施“3+1”膀胱功能恢复训练,可有效改善患者膀胱满意度等级,促进膀胱自主功能恢复,控制泌尿系统感染。

Objective:To investigate the effect of"3+1"bladder function recovery on enucleation in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with acute urinary retention.Methods:A total of 45 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with detrusor weakness and acute urinary retention who were admitted from January 1,2017 to January 1,2020 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group(22 cases)and study group(23 cases)by random number table method.Both groups received enucleation therapy.The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation training,and the study group received"3+1"bladder function recovery method.The satisfaction level of bladder function,recovery of bladder autonomic function and urine white blood cell count were compared between the two groups.Results:The bladder satisfaction level of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the proportion of regular urination,self-urination and non-urinary retention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the routine urine test showed that the white blood cell count was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01)at 1 and 3 months after operation.Conclusion:The implementation of"3+1"bladder function recovery training on the basis of enucleation treatment can effectively improve the satisfaction degree of bladder,promote the recovery of bladder autonomic function and control urinary tract infection in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with detrusor weakness.
