肌内效贴联合物理因子治疗对老年慢性非特异性腰背痛病人多裂肌表面肌电图信号的影响

Effect of Kinesio Taping combined with physiotherapy on surface electromyography of multifidus in the elderly patients with chronic non-specific low back pain

目的观察肌内效贴联合物理因子治疗对老年慢性非特异性腰背痛(CNLBP)病人多裂肌表面肌电图(surface electromyography,sEMG)的影响。方法将52例老年CNLBP病人按随机数字表分为对照组26例、观察组26例,2组均给予常规物理因子治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以肌内效贴治疗。分别于入组时和治疗2周后,使用表面肌电系统检测2组经典落球试验中肱二头肌和L5~S1多裂肌sEMG信号,比较2组肱二头肌与L5~S1多裂肌sEMG信号快速反应时间差值和快速反应强度。结果治疗前,2组肱二头肌与L5~S1多裂肌快速反应时间差值和快速反应强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,对照组肱二头肌与L5~S1多裂肌快速反应时间差值较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组快速反应时间差值减小,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组L5~S1多裂肌快速反应强度均较治疗前增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肌内效贴联合物理因子治疗可加快CNLBP老年人腰部多裂肌快速反应速度,并增强其快速反应强度。

Objective To observe the effect of Kinesio Taping combined with physiotherapy on surface electromyography(sEMG)of multifidus in the elderly patients with chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP).Methods A total of 52 elderly patients with CNLBP were randomly divided into control group(n=26)and observation group(n=26).Both groups were treated with physiotherapy,and the observation group was supplemented with Kinesio Taping.The sEMG signals of biceps brachii and lumbar multifidus(L5-S1)were sampled while both groups were accepting Ball-hitting Test at the beginning and 2 weeks after treatment.The reaction time difference between biceps brachii and lumbar multifidus and the reaction intensity of lumbar multifidus were observed.Results There were no significant differences in the reaction time difference and the reaction intensity of lumber multifidus between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Two weeks later,there was no significant difference in reaction time difference of biceps brachii and lumbar multifidus in control group between before treatment and after treatment,while the reaction time difference was significantly decreased in observation group(P<0.05).The intensity of lumber multifidus of both groups were significantly enhanced than before(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions Kinesio Taping combined with physiotherapy can accelerate the reaction time and strengthen the intensity of lumbar multifidus in the elderly patients with chronic non-specific low back pain.
