摘要
采用24 h代谢实验,研究叶绿素及其衍生物在大鼠体内消化代谢的位点,结果表明,酸性条件下部分叶绿素a立刻降解为脱镁叶绿素a,且伴有少量脱植基叶绿素生成;叶绿素b则比较稳定。叶绿素在大鼠胃部几乎没有吸收,84%进入大肠,其中43%从粪便中排出。在血液、尿液中未检测到叶绿素及其衍生物。菌群及其代谢物分析结果表明,叶绿素的摄入改变了大鼠的菌群组成和丰度,变形菌门相对丰度显著降低,Akkermansia菌属、乳酸菌属相对丰度显著增加,叶绿素促进菌群代谢物乙酸、丙酸、柠檬酸水平的增加。
In this research,the metabolism sites of chlorophyll and its derivatives in rats were studied by 24 hour metabolism experiment.Under acid conditions,in stomach,Chlorophyll a would be immediately degraded into pheophytin a,accompanying with production of a little amount of chlorophylide,while Chlorophyll b was relatively stable.Chlorophyll was rarely absorbed in the rats’stomachs;the amount of entry in large intestine were relatively around 84%,and the excrement rate in the feces was about 43%,whereas nothing was detected in the blood and urine.The results of analysis of gut microbiota and their metabolites showed that the ingestion of chlorophyll changed the composition and abundance in the sequencing of the fecal microbiota.The relative abundance of Proteobacteria was significantly reduced,while Akkermansia and Lactobaillus were significantly increased.And chlorophyll promoted the increase of acetic acid,propionic acid and citric acid.
