胶体金法快速检测蔬菜中多菌灵·吡虫啉和啶虫脒的应用研究 被引量:12

摘要 [目的]研究胶体金法在蔬菜中多菌灵、吡虫啉和啶虫脒残留量检测的应用,并将该方法与液相色谱-串联质谱法比较,证实胶体金试纸条在检测蔬菜中多菌灵、吡虫啉和啶虫脒残留的适用性。[方法]试验验证了胶体金法检测蔬菜中多菌灵、吡虫啉和啶虫脒在不同基质中的灵敏度,并将该方法与液相色谱-串联质谱法比较验证其假阴性和假阳性率。[结果]胶体金法检测蔬菜中多菌灵、吡虫啉和啶虫脒的检出限分别为0.5、0.5和0.2 mg/kg;该方法在不同基质中的稳定性较好;实验室加标验证3种农药残留检测的假阴性率和假阳性率均为0,与参比方法无显著性差异(χ^2<3.84);实物阳性样品验证3种农药残留检测的假阴性率均为0,假阳性率分别为0、0和6.67%,但与参比方法均无显著性差异(χ^2<3.84)。除多菌灵与阿苯达唑有100%交叉反应外,多菌灵、吡虫啉和啶虫脒与该研究中试验的常见农药均无交叉反应。[结论]胶体金法快速检测蔬菜中多菌灵、吡虫啉和啶虫脒操作简便、快速、准确、稳定,可作为部分蔬菜上市前残留检测的一种有效手段。 [Objective]To study the application of colloidal gold method on detecting carbendazol,imidacloprid and acetamiprid in vegetables and compare to liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method to make sure the reliability of colloidal gold strip for determination of carbendazol,imidacloprid and acetamiprid residues in vegetables.[Method]The experiment verified the sensitivity of colloidal gold method for detecting carbendazim,imidacloprid and acetamiprid in vegetables in different matrices,and compared the method with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to verify its false negative and false positive rates.[Result]The detection limit of colloidal gold rapid detecting carbendazol,imidacloprid and acetamiprid were 0.5 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg,their stabilities in different matrix was good.Laboratory labeling verification result showed that the false negative and positive rate were 0,no significant difference with reference method(χ^2<3.84).Physical positive sample verification result showed that their false negative were 0,their positive rate were 0,0 and 6.67%,no significant difference with reference method(χ^2<3.84).There were no cross-reaction between carbendazol,imidacloprid,acetamiprid and other pesticides except for 100%cross-reaction between carbendazol and albendazole.[Conclusion]Colloidal gold rapid detection of carbendazol,imidacloprid and acetamiprid in vegetables are simple,rapid,accurate and stable.It can be used as an effective method to detect the residues of carbendazol,imidacloprid and acetamiprid in vegetables.
