乡村振兴战略,是新时代发展“三农”工作的总纲要。作为贯彻落实该战略的最前沿指挥者、组织者和实施者,乡镇领导干部个人乃至整个群体所具备的“三农”工作知识与能力、所表现出的工作作风、所凸现出的综合素质以及所呈现出的精神风貌等新时代党员领导干部所应具备的各项基本素质和能力,决定着该乡镇乃至于所在县(市、区)乡村振兴战略的顺利实施与稳步推进。
