园艺产品贮藏运销学课程教学改革探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform in Storage and Transportation of Horticultural Products

针对园艺产品贮藏运销学在实际教学中存在的问题,根据课程特点及人才发展需要,从构建丰富的课程资源、优化课程教学内容、灵活运用多种教学方法、加强实验实践教学建设、建立多元化考核方式等方面进行教学改革,旨在提高教学质量和改善教学效果,为培养适应社会发展需要、具有创新精神和实践能力的高水平应用型农林人才奠定基础。

Aiming at the existing problems in practical teaching of storage and transportation of horticultural products,and according to the course characteristics and needs of talent development,we performed teaching reform from the aspects of establishing abundant teaching resources,optimizing course contents,flexibly using multiple teaching methods,strengthening experimental and practical teaching construction,and building multiplex evaluation system,so as to improve the teaching quality and effects,and further to lay the foundation for cultivating outstanding applied agricultural and forestry talents whom could meet the needs of social development and have innovation spirit as well as practice ability.
