摘要
为解决组合式铣刀铣削NOMEX蜂窝固持可靠性和加工效率的矛盾,基于响应曲面法的原理设计中心复合试验方案,探究切削速度、切削深度、切削宽度和进给速度对轴向切削力的影响,建立二阶切削力模型,在保证固持有效性前提下,优化切削参数使加工效率最高。结果表明:进给速度、切削深度、切削宽度和切削速度对轴向切削力的影响依次减小,最优切削参数组合为vc=3351m/min,ap=8.5mm,ae=25mm,vf=2.8m/min。
To solve the contradiction between fixing reliability and low machining efficiency,based on the response surface methodology,the experimental schemes are designed to investigate the effect of cutting speed,cutting depth,cutting width and feed speed on axial cutting force.The milling force model of NOMEX honeycomb is established,and the optimization of milling parameters for maximum machining efficiency is carried out on basis of ensuring fixing reliability.It is shown that the influences of feed speed,cutting depth,cutting width and cutting speed on axial cutting force decreases sequentially,the optimal cutting parameters are v_c=3351 m/min,a_p=8.5 mm,a_e=25 mm,v_f=2.8 m/min.
