TC4钛合金薄壁件的谐响应动力学分析

摘要 为提高TC4钛合金薄壁件的加工质量,避免加工过程中产生共振现象,运用ABAQUS14.0软件对TC4钛合金薄壁件的共振现象进行动力学分析,研究了不同幅值的激振力、激振力施加位置、薄壁件的几何尺寸、阻尼和约束方式对薄壁件的共振影响。研究表明:在不同力的作用下,随着激振力的增大,薄壁件的共振幅值增大;沿X轴(约束端)施加激振力时,共振幅值减小,而沿Y轴(非约束端)施加激振力时,共振幅值明显增大;薄壁件共振的幅值随着薄壁件的厚度增加而减小,随着薄壁件长度的增加而增加;相对于薄壁件长度的影响,薄壁件厚度的影响更明显;在不同阻尼下,随着阻尼的增大,薄壁件的共振幅值明显减小;在不同的约束下,随着约束的增加,薄壁件发生共振的固有频率增高,在相同的激振力频率内发生共振的可能性减小。 In order to improve the processing quality of titanium TC4 thin-wall parts and avoid the resonance phenomenon in the process,ABAQUS14.0 is employed to perform dynamic analysis on the resonance phenomenon of titanium alloy TC4 thin-wall parts,and the effect of the vibration force,the position of the shock force of different amplitudes,the geometry of the thin-wall parts,damping and the binding method on the resonance of the thin-wall parts is also studied.The results show that,under the action of different shock forces,the resonance amplitude of thin-walled pieces increases with the increase of the shock force,and the resonance amplitude decreases when the shock force is applied along the X axis(the constrained end)while the resonance amplitude increases significantly when the shock force is applied along the Y axis(non-constrained end);when the vibration force is applied,the resonance magnitude of the thin-walled parts decreases with the parts′thickness increasing,and increases with the parts′length increasing,but the influence of the thickness is more significant;with the increase of damping,the resonance amplitude decreases significantly,and the natural frequency of resonance increases with the increase of constraints,thus the probability of resonance occurring under the same shock frequency decreases.
