摘要
为验证铸锻件力学性能,针对其端部本体取样的工艺要求,结合工件结构以及设备特性,设计制造一种芯棒切断刀。介绍了切断刀刀具结构以及芯棒切断工艺,并根据工件以及套取芯棒尺寸编制芯棒切断过程数控加工程序,有效解决了芯棒切断难题。
In order to verify the mechanical property of cast and forged workpiece,according to the ontology sampling process requirements at the end,a kind of cutting tool is designed and manufactured with considering the existing workpiece structure and equipment characteristics.The structure of the cutting tool and the cutting process are introduced,and the CNC machining program for the cutting process of the core rod is compiled according to the size of the workpiece and the core rod,the process effectively solves the problem of the cutting core rod.
