摘要
目的研究药学干预在中药注射剂合理使用中的应用效果。方法计算机检索知网、万方、PubMed等数据库,将采用药学干预的中药注射剂选为研究组,未采用药学干预的中药注射剂选为对照组。对纳入的文献数据进行Meta分析。结果初步检索出4784篇文献,最终纳入9篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,研究组的总有效率、合理使用率、不良反应总发生率和住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药学干预可提高中药注射剂的用药合理性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application effect of pharmaceutical intervention in rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods By searching the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and PubMed,the traditional Chinese medicine injection with pharmaceutical intervention were selected as study group,and the traditional Chinese medicine injection without pharmaceutical intervention were selected as control group.Meta analysis was conducted on the included literature data.Results A total of 4784 articles were initially retrieved,and 9 articles were finally included.The results of Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate,rational utilization rate,total incidence of adverse reactions and hospital stay of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pharmaceutical intervention can increase the rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injection,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
